service can be improved

The TV unit looks elegant and is in right dimension as requested but few of the key customisation are missing. We requested to have two holes in the back side so that wires can be easily pass through but it is not built accordingly. Now all the electrical wires connecting tv and other items are spread across and looks ugly. It took more than a month to get this delivered that too after calling 10+ times. A lot of time the team didn't even pick the call.
I am still waiting for the carpenter visit which they have promised, but even after month he hasn't visited.
