Can I customize products on GetMyCouch?
Yes! Buying from Get My Couch is simple and guided — we take care of the details so you can focus on what feels right for your home.

If you’re unsure, our team offers free design consultation to help you choose what works best for your space.
Step 2: Customize the size & shape
Every piece can be tailored to your home.
You can customize:
- Configuration (L-shape, 3-seater, sectional etc.)
- Size and Dimensions (King, Queen etc.)
- Left or right alignment
- Seating depth (for select models)
Our team can also help you plan based on room dimensions, doorways, and lift access.
Step 3: Choose your fabric
Select from 100+ colours and textures, including:
- Easy-care/Stain removable fabrics
- Pet-friendly options
- Soft, premium finishes
While we recommend you to visit our store, we can also share fabric photos, videos, or assist via video call before you finalize.
Warranty
What is the warranty on GetMyCouch products ?
We provide 1 year service warranty for the frame structure on all our manufactured products from the date of fulfillment. We additionally provide a 3 years warranty for Sofa foam to ensure comfort and comfort satisfaction.
For other products, you may check warranty from the store staff.
What does the warranty not cover?
- Normal wear and tear
- Fabric fading due to sunlight
- Improper use and External Damage
Payment and Pricing
Are there any hidden charges?
No. All applicable charges (delivery, customization, special handling) are communicated upfront before payment.
Does GetMyCouch offer EMI?
No, we currently do not offer EMI options and all payments have to be made in full at the time of order placement. However, our team is working towards providing our customers with more payment options.
Do prices change during sales?
Promotional prices may vary during sale periods. Orders placed before or after sale windows are billed at prevailing rates.
Are there any in-store offers ?
Visit one of our stores and ask our team for the exciting offers that we are running in - store. We also offer discounts on display pieces that can be delivered in under a week!
What are your payment terms?
All orders prepaid and 100% payment needs to made before delivery of the products.
Shipping Policy
Where does GetMyCouch deliver?
We operate online and deliver across Delhi-NCR in India. For specific area coverage, please contact our team at +91 7011290520.
What are the shipping charges?
We do not charge a delivery fees in Delhi/NCR. However, in case your place is over the third floor, and there is no facility for a lift, we charge extra fees for getting the product over to the floor.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated timelines:
Ready to Ship designs: 7–14 days
Personalized Products: 2–4 weeks
Timelines may vary depending during holidays. However, our team will share a delivery date with you at the time of order placement and will will keep you updated throughout the process.
Does GetMyCouch offer express delivery?
Express timelines may be available for select ready-stock products. Contact our team to check availability.
Does GetMyCouch provide installation and assembly?
Yes. Our delivery team will:
- Deliver to your home
- Place the furniture in your desired location
- Handle basic assembly if required
What if my building doesn’t have a lift?
Please intimate our team at the time of the order and they will assess the staircase access. Additional labor charges may apply which will be conveyed to you before delivery.
Can I reschedule my delivery?
Yes, we are happy to accommodate your rescheduling request as we wish for our customers to have a "No Anxiety" experience. We request you to inform our team at least 2-days before the scheduled delivery.
Cancellation & Returns
Can I cancel my order after confirmation?
Yes, you can cancel your order within a limited window after confirmation (before production begins) subject to a small cancellation fees.
Since most of our orders are personalized, they may not be eligible for cancellation once production starts.
Does GetMyCouch accept returns?
Because most products are made-to-order, we do not offer general returns for change of mind.
However, we do accept returns/replacements in case of:
- Manufacturing defects incase the same cannot be fixed on-site
- Transit damage
- Wrong product delivered
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

Our team will assess and arrange repair or replacement.
