Most horrible sales team and service!!
We brought a dinning table and it took so much of our patience..
Initially the price of this dinning table was 24k ,very very confidently told by their sales man and second day it went to 42k😆.
We tried negotiating it,the sales team misbehaved with us..
Still because we liked the set we took it..
After that Ms Soni,Mr Uttam ,Ms Arshi and Mr Ashu are the people who can fool you very very easily by giving u false commitments,they don't revert your calls and messages and Ms Arshi if reverts ,reverts you at 12:30 at night,and harassing you for more money and not providing you with the warranty!!
Infact they don't know how much is the warranty!!One will say it is 3 years and other says it is just one year.. after delivery they want more rs 1000 to provide you with the warranty card and gives you and justified reason..We build our whole house and we didn't have any problem.. this one dining table give us so much of anger issues and the misbehave and shout that you horribly..
Their owner Mr Mayank also came into existence, but unfortunately he has no control over his team.. we were highly disappointed with their services!!
This one star I have to put because I have to write my experience and review.. else I would have given zero stars..
