 1. How do I claim my reward?

Once a successful referral has been detected, an email containing information on how to claim your reward will be sent out to you. It may take up to a day after the referral purchase is made for the referral to be detected.

The referral reward is delivered three days after the referral order is delivered successfully.

Reward coupon will be sent out through mail when referral award is detected. You can access the coupon code from the link in your reward email. 

2. How does my referral purchase get tracked?

Make sure to click on the “Take Me To The Store” button at least once, even if you do not make a purchase at that time. A cookie is dropped and unless the device is cleared of cache and cookie, one can come back another time to make the purchase and it will be tracked even if you do not make a purchase at that time.
