My worst Experience with Get my Couch delivery

I had a very disappointing experience after purchasing a 6-seater dining table. To begin with, the delivery team brought the wrong size of the dining table top. Despite several reminders and even multiple visits to the showroom, the issue was not resolved promptly. It took considerable time and effort on my part before they finally agreed to replace the incorrect top.
Even then, the problems didn’t end. During the replacement, I noticed a significant issue with the thickness of the dining top—it did not match the one I was shown in the showroom. The lack of quality control and poor coordination from their side made the entire experience extremely frustrating. I expected a smooth and professional service, but instead, it turned into a stressful deal.
