1.    Why are there different delivery times for different products?

 Typically, GMC Express orders take around 5 days as they are stocked in inventory. For made to order (MTO) products, we take a minimum delivery time of 15-20 days. For shipments out of Delhi-NCR, delivery time is 25-30 days 

2.    What does GMC Express and Made-to-order mean?

GMC Express products are stored, packed and dispatched from GMC Fulfillment centers. All products are inspected, cleaned and disinfected. GMC directly handles delivery, customer service and returns. GMC Express items are delivered within 5 days.

Made to order products are manufactured at the site and are dispatched from GMC Fulfillment centers. All products are inspected, cleaned and disinfected. GMC directly handles delivery, customer service and returns. GMC Standard items are delivered within 15-20 days. For orders from states other than Haryana, Delhi and Uttar Pradesh, delivery times of 3-10 days are added 

3.    What are the shipping charges?

Shipping and installation is free with us in Delhi-NCR. GetMyCouch provides free delivery and installation for all orders in Gurgaon.

For Delhi, Noida and Ghaziabad there is a delivery charge of Rs.500 for orders below 10,000 INR and above 10,000 INR shipping is free. All 'GMC express' orders are delivered within 3 days.

However, in case your place is over the third floor, and there is no facility for a lift, we charge extra fees for getting the product over to the floor. All amount goes to our service team (as tip) and is not received by the Company. Charges applicable are mentioned below

A. Charges for small products - sleek sofa, chesters, dining etc

B. Charges for heavy products - big sofa, recliner, marble dining, etc.

Cancellation

1.    Can I cancel my order after confirmation?

Yes, you can cancel your online order after confirmation by reaching out to us at +91-9205615359. However, if you have ordered a customized Made to Order (MTO) or via our sales team, then the order cannot be cancelled. If you cannot accept delivery of the customized MTO Product, we will forfeit the advance order fee paid plus shipping charges. To escalate orders, please mail us at hello@getmycouch.com

Return

1.    What are the charges for return?

We offer on-the-spot returns for products ordered from us for unassisted orders (without inclusion of our sales team or from our offline center). Returns are absolutely free with us. Return policy is not applicable on offline orders from our offline/dispatch centers or via our sales team. If you cannot accept delivery of the customized MTO Product, we will forfeit the advance order fee paid. 

In case of manufacturing defects or damaged product received, our team will assess the damage and get back to you within 2 business days. Depending on the degree of damage, we will either repair the product, or offer you a replacement (Only in case of Made To Order (MTO) Product) or pass on an additional discount 

2.    How do I return my items?

We have a no questions asked on the spot return policy for all products ordered online only. If you need to return an item, simply get in touch with us at the time of delivery.  We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Please note that returns are applicable on online orders only. If you buy a product from our offline/dispatch centers or customized Made to Order (MTO) product, returns are not applicable.  Refund will be initiated and processed in original source of payment within 7-15 business days
