POOR QUALITY AND SERVICE. A BIG NO TO BUY FROM GETMYCOUCH, BEWARE OF THEM.

A very BIG No. I bought a bed and mattress from them and the quality and service was so poor, they do not pick calls after taking money. They are so unprofessional peoples. In future i will never ever buy anything from them and wont recommend anyone to deal with them. Now I am worried about service and warranty after sales. Its better to buy from reliable shop. That's y they will force you to pay 100% in advance. if you pay part payment they wont deliver the product. They are fraud company. They have charged 18% GST but not deposited to Government also. I will complaint to gst council about their fraud. Their employees are soft spoken when you order and after getting money they will not pick up calls no service at all. Dont come into their sweet words. BEWARE OF THEM.
